Hello everyone, once again life has stopped me having any time for art recently, but over the weekend I hit a rich seam of gold in my imagination and i've broken out the fabric and needles once again. Hopefully this time i'll actually get something even half finished!

I've got a couple of ideas of what to make - I was going to roll with another Halo-themed soft toy, but figured that I should try something easy to get me back into it. So after deciding to work with what i've got here with me rather than having to go out and buy more stuff, I'm going to attempt to make a Voidwalker, from the Warcraft universe. Of course, initially I thought "lets make a Felhunter, or an Infernal, or Hogger, or C'thun, or Ragnaros, or a Jormungar, or ...." as you can imagine the list I came up with was a bit too large. I even considered making a soft toy of Frostmourne. Shelved for a later date I think.

I found my last unfinished project lurking in one of the bags with my sewing stuff - a Tyranid ripper, which I started but abandoned. I'll finish it one day... =/

On another note, I found the original drawings I did designing fonts for a poem that was stencilled into the walls of the main square in a local housing project back in 2004, for which one of the roads there is now named after me I'd forgotten I had them, i'll get them framed or something. Helps to prove I contributed when someone doesn't believe me, "no way you didn't, that's not your work"
